Short version: we collect what you type into the RSVP form, use it to run the meetup, and nothing else.

What we collect

When you RSVP we ask for your name, your trade or company, and a way to reach you (email or phone). That's it. No accounts, no payments, no tracking pixels from ad networks.

How it's used

To confirm your seat, send you the details for the next evening, and keep a simple list of who's in the room. Your details are never sold, shared with sponsors, or added to third-party marketing lists. There are no vendors here — that includes your inbox.

How long we keep it

As long as you're interested in coming. Ask to be removed and you're removed — one email does it.
